At HP World Jaipur, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests may be accepted if submitted before the order is processed or dispatched.
  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Supporting photographs and order details may be requested for verification.
  • Upon verification, we may arrange for replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened software or digital products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products without original packaging and accessories.
  • Customized or special-order items.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally completed within 7–10 business days, depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.

Manufacturer Warranty

Products covered under the manufacturer’s warranty should be serviced directly through authorized service centers as per the warranty terms.
